Join Our Team as a Project Coordinator – Mentorship (Business or Law)

WCN is seeking two Project Coordinators – Mentorship, one with a business focus and one with a law focus, to help build and develop our growing mentorship program. Through our mentorship program, we connect students with professionals who provide valuable insights, guidance, and industry knowledge to help shape the next generation of leaders in business and law.

Role Responsibilities:
- Mentor Matching & Coordination: Support the pairing process for mentees and mentors, ensuring strong professional matches based on shared goals and interests.
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize networking events and workshops tailored to mentorship program participants.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for mentors, mentees, and partners involved in the program.
- Program Tracking & Feedback: Collect feedback and track progress to continuously improve the mentorship experience.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking active university students based in Stockholm, who are:
- Passionate about mentorship and leadership development.
- Study either law or business (depending on the role).
- Strong communicators, organized, and proactive.
- Excited to work in a collaborative, high-energy environment with like-minded peers.
Position Details:
This is an unpaid voluntary position, as WCN is a non-profit organization. The role is a flexible, part-time role and designed to fit alongside your studies. Approximately 5 hour per week.
