During the evening, you will meet representatives from the teams M&A and Financial Due Diligence & Valuation in Gothenburg. They will tell you about how the transaction process takes place, what different services are requested by buyers and sellers in connection with a company changing owners and what it is like to work with corporate transactions at PwC. PwC was the most hired financial advisor for transactions in Sweden in 2020 and has great experience in the area. No special prior knowledge is required for the event and we welcome all students, both those who have recently started their studies and those who are at the end of their studies.

18:00 – Sofia Nordenskjöld, partner at PwC Deals in Stockholm, talks about her career journey.
18:15 – How does a transaction process work? Representatives from M&A and FDD & Valuation will talk about how companies are sold or bought. Discussion, mini-quiz in groups and an opportunity to ask questions are promised.
19:00 – Time for mingling, PwC offers lighter food and beverages!
19:30 – The event ends.
