A woman can do anything. Even tech. Regardless, majority of employees in the tech industry are men. Why? Have humans made this decision? Does AI play a part in the inequality? Talking to you about the prejudice against women in the tech industry, we have Mervi Airaksinen, Country General Manager of IBM Finland, drawing experiences from her own journey in the world of technology.
Presenting the inequality created by AI technology, we have Marko Viksten, Technical Sales Data & AI Portfolio at IBM, who has extensive knowledge on Data & AI, Data Science, Mathematical Optimization and Natural Language Processing. In addition, we will present the organizing parties: the Women Leadership Council (WLC) and the Women’s Career Network (WCN) as well as the collaboration IBM does with universities.
